T he meals are taken at night in our big lounge where we can accommodate up to 25 guests.As custom in a bed and breakfast, the meals are taken every one together and we’ll be delighted to share it with you.Marie Clause Damour will propose you to discover lots of meals made of our products from our farming concern as the palmist cabbage (chou palmiste) just cut at morning or the cabbage of the vacoa tree moreover the pinpin.Prepared like “achard”, salads or “au gratin”, those meals will perfectly be served with the traditional Creole cookery.  Each meal is made of one aperitif, many first course, two main meals, one dessert and some wine. Some of our meals: - Cabbage of vacoa tree “Boucané (means smoked)
- Pork made with cabbage of palmist tree
- Cari de Zourit of Saint Philippe (Cary of octopus)
- Cari de coq (Cary of cock from our farm)
You can also find and buy products from our harvest: - Vanilla of Marie Claude Damour’s forest
- Pinpin Jam or Litchi Jam etc
- Honey of coloured tree
